To receive your wheat bags healing qualities, simply heat it in the microwave for 2-4 minutes with half a cup of water. (the water is to stop the wheat drying out and prevent the wheat from burning) Alternatively to make your wheat bag a cold pack, keep it in the freezer (place in a plastic bag first) and bring your wheatbag out when you need it for bruises & sprains.
